Together we will work toward any goals you may have coming into therapy, and/or co-create goals aimed at helping you live more in-line with your core values. The work we will do will be tailored to your individual needs and presenting concerns. You may have a strong sense of exactly what you’d like to accomplish through therapy, or you may just feel ‘off’ or ‘not ok,’ or something in between. Together we will determine what makes sense for you.
